The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and conducting videoconferencing and live streaming events, producing video-on-demand programming, and related services supported by the Utah Telehealth Network. Serves as videoconferencing bridge administrator and first point of contact for customers seeking services and technical support.

Responsibilities:
- Serves as videoconferencing bridge administrator to include scheduling, appropriately configuring, testing, connecting and monitoring conferences, which include simultaneous video, audio, and webstreamed connections. Facilitates multiple videoconferences running simultaneously in a complex environment.
- Ensures consistent UTN phone and videoconference coverage in coordination with other UTN staff.
- Provides operational support, via phone and onsite, for videoconferencing, audio visual, and clinic telemedicine users. Provides first level troubleshooting of videoconferencing and telemedicine equipment and connectivity problems.
- Prepares rooms for videoconferences, including the setup and removal of videoconferencing equipment and peripherals, adjusting room layout and camera presets, and testing. Ensures that users are familiar with the use of videoconferencing equipment and features.
- Produces video-on-demand programming. Records videoconferences as requested. Edits and processes recordings to be available via video-on-demand, DVD, and other medium. Provides support for these media as required.
- Maintain education and events calendars. Promote UTN events. Serve as UTN Webmaster.
- Ensures a high level of quality service to customers through customer service surveys, feedback, and implementation of improvements.
- Maintains accurate customer information. Ensures accurate and timely records by scheduling, updating, and closing out events in the database.
- Participates in the planning, design, and implementation of new telehealth applications, including new modalities such as video streaming, web-based applications, etc.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Experience with telehealth systems, including videoconferencing equipment, audiovisual, collaboration, and presentation technologies.
- Willingness to learn new technologies is essential.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work well both alone and in a team environment.
- Must be technically skilled and adept at 1) quickly grasping and handling situations; 2) communicating calmly and clearly with both technicians and non-technical participants; 3) taking ownership of problems until satisfactorily resolved.
- Ability to juggle multiple activities and customers.
- Ability to work different shifts.

Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Health Science, Communications or equivalency.
- Four years of experience working in information technology or an audio-visual environment, including a minimum of two years of successful customer service experience.

- Experience with IP networks.
