This position is responsible for managing the Learning Management System. They support the end user by working with individuals and administrators in the field to support training and eLearning requests, troubleshoot problems, make assignments and provide reports. The LMS Analyst will also work with the vendor's technical support team to configure, design and perform analysis of the system.

Responsibilities:
- Runs diagnostics and reports for maintenance to verify compliance.
- Troubleshoots and resolves end user issues
- Researches and recommends hardware, software and connectivity problems, including user access and component configuration.
- Prepares detail flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.
- Collects information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.

- Works with affiliate non-employee groups to ensure they are receiving correct assignments.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Experience in communicating with a variety of groups of customers at different organizational levels.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities with excellent time management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
- Proficient in administering learning management systems.
- Proficient in running and analyzing reports.
- Experienced in gathering course requirements and developing LMS functional designs.
- Possess outstanding customer service skills.
- Able to handle detail-oriented work while meeting schedules and deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science, or related area.
- Two plus years of experience analysis/design/project management or programming in learning management system
